Investment Requirements
Method 1: Citizenship by Real Estate Investment
With its economy shifting from agricultural-dominant to service-dominant, one of the most viable options for foreign nationals is investment in a pre-approved real estate project.
Invest at least USD$350,000 to shared property apartments and maintain ownership for a minimum of four years.
Method 2: Citizenship by National Transformation Fund Donation
- Contribution of USD$150,000 for a single applicant
- Contribution of USD200,000 for a family of up to four
- An extra contribution of USD$25,000 for each additional family member after the third
Permanent Residency Certificates
The permanent residence status has been removed entirely from the citizenship by investment process. As a result, the government has ceased issuing PR cards and certificates. Updates for an alternative form of national ID will be communicated when received.
